The Death of Dido

After Aeneas forsook Dido and left her at Carthage, she committed suicide with her own sword. Afterwards, her sister, Anna, attended to her and placed her into her funerary pyre while Iris, the goddess of the rainbow, came down from the heavens to snip off part of her hair. Done with prismacolour markers.

My friend Jess made a comment that all rainbows created with markers suck. She was right. : \
